Rules

  • If you wish to arrive earlier than the scheduled party time to set up, kindly call us a day before the party to check if we can accommodate an early set-up time.
  • All regular parties are 2.5 hours in the party room and play area.
  • You are only allowed to bring in the following items: sandwiches, fruit & veggie trays, chips, cake, and drinks (no popcorn, gum, rice, noodles, pasta, anything with a strong aroma, candy and ice cream cake)
  • All food must be PEANUTS/NUTS FREE.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to book the slot. The amount of the deposit depends on the type of booking.
  • You can select a party cake from our menu and add the price to your package, or you can bring your own cake.
  • No decorations are allowed to be stapled/pasted/taped to the walls or the balloon arch.
  • Pinata, confetti balloons and string spray are not allowed.
  • Changes to party packages or pizza orders, if any, must be made no later than 4 days prior to the event.
